Jennifer Patnode

Jen worked with us for a year to find our new vacation home in Carefree through a difficult market, through leasing a home for a season, and through a rocky closing. Shes been great through it alland has an awesome knowledge of the area and is super responsive, it pushy and a treat to workwith. I highly recommend working with her

Jen was very helpful in helping us purchase our new home. We are from out of state, and she was there every step of the way to make sure the process went smoothly. She responded to all of our questions in a timely manner. Her attentiveness to the details was impeccable. We highly recommend her!!

Jennifer is very easy to work with and was very familiar with the area.

Jennifer was amazing. From selling our home in Surprise Az in less than 16 hours and getting us a significant amount over asking. We then used Jennifer to buy a home in Prescott Valley. Her negotiating skills are priceless. She is truly amazing from the way that she counter offered to her determination. I will use Jennifer for my next home sale and continue to recommend her to everyone that needs a realtor. EVERYONE NEEDS A JENNIFE

We absolutely love working with Jennifer at Desert Dream Realty. Weve had her as our realtor since 2014 and purchased two homes with them. They are accommodating, easy to work with, communicative and supportive. Plus they provided a donation in honor of our late daughter and support veterans. 100% recommend Jennifer and Desert Dream Realty

Jennifer has been and will be my realtor for life! I'm scared if she decides to retire!!!!! Jennifer has helped my husband and I buy (2) homes and sell (1). I trust her expertise, opinions and industry knowledge at every step of the process. Not only is Jennifer a great realtor but a great person and I'm lucky to know her. She and Tammy are quick to answer questions, anticipate needs, and do it all with a smile. Thank you for being the VERY Best!!!!!

Cannot recommend Sheryl and Jennifer enough! They went above and beyond in helping me purchase my first home, made sure I understood every detail and negotiated to get me a great deal. Sheryl took extra time to show me properties whenever I requested and Jen did an incredible job in handling the contracts and paper work. Theyll treat you like family and work hard to make sure all of your needs are met! I wouldnt choose anyone else in the process of buying or selling a home. Thank you Desert Dream!!

Jennifer Patnode has sold me my home and homes and land to my family and friends, she goes out of her way to take care of finding you the right home or property. I couldnt recommend a more trustworthy person to buy or sell a home from.

My husband and I moved to Arizona in July, we found the perfect home thanks to Jen. She previewed the home for us, helped find very capable trades and negotiate a deal with a very difficult sell side. Easy to deal with, perfect follow through and helped make a stressful process much more pleasant. Best realtor weve ever found
