Petrocelli Homes Realty Group walked us first timers through the whole process of buying our starter home with professionalism & patience. From open houses to closing escrow, they have guided us every step of the way and answered every tedious question we had.Challenges kept arising for our specific situation, but Jennifer persevered through and faced those challenges head on with a positive attitude and resulted with a successful buy!The day we got our keys, Jennifer made sure the house was in agreement with our terms and contract, but unfortunately the other party did not maintain their end of the deal. The previous owners failed to remove all personal property from the house, have it professionally cleaned, nor patch any holes on the walls, which were clearly stated in our contract and the previous owners signed. Jennifer took it upon herself & from her own personal funds to pay for the house to be professionally cleaned and have the selling agent reimburse her for breaking our contract. We hired Petrocelli Homes Realty Group to sell my Dad's house in Livermore, which was in disrepair. John and Jennifer were a great team to work with, and walked us through their listing prep-plan as we prepared to get the home ready for the market. John has a background in construction which came in very handy, as he advised us on what was needed to be repaired or upgraded in order to sell the house at top dollar. Both John and Jennifer kept us updated on the progress of the repairs with great communication throughout the process. With the house ready for the market, Jennifer scheduled and stood all of the inspections, had the home professionally staged at a great price, provided quality marketing across a wide span of platforms, and stood a weekend of open house. The house was priced strategically at a competitive market rate to generate interest, which resulted in a multiple offer situation and a bidding war, (ya)!
