I first met Jennifer when I was looking for an apartment to rent. She was quick to understand what I was looking for, and she did found the perfect place for me. When I saw how responsive she had been, it was natural for me to ask her to help me sell my house. She quickly came up with a plan, invaluable suggestions on how to best show the house, and a pricing strategy. She helped me all along the process, finding contractors, answering my numerous questions, and always coming up with a solution to a problem. Most of all, she was very patient and calm throughout the process. Her expertise and knowledge of the market led to a very swift and successful sale

Coming from out of state, we really relied on Jennifer's expertise when it came to pricing and where to focus our search. Every trip out was productive as Jennifer really understood what we were looking for based on our numerous discussions. She was ALWAYS available and was a pleasure to work with throughout the process.

Jen has been very patient with me throughout the entire home buying experience. I first met her in an open house back in 2016, and since then she went to numerous properties with me until we finally found my dream place 6+ months later. She has been extremely professional, and I can't think of a single one area where she is not exceptional. She a truly amazing realtor, and whoever acquires her service would not be disappointed.

Jen is great! She made my first home purchase a breeze. I had no idea what I was doing and she guided me through the process with ease. She is professional, responsive and extremely knowledgeable about the area. Jen didn't let me get discouraged when the market slowed down, and the perfect property popped up just under the buzzer. She warned me about the perils of buying a foreclosure, but thankfully everything went smoothly. If I ever decide to purchase a bigger place in town, I'll definitely have to use Jen!

We discovered Jennifer Pflueger after looking at rental homes on Zillow and requested information on a property. We lived in San Francisco and were looking to move to New Jersey...knowing absolutely nothing about New Jersey. She responded immediately and we thus began a search together. After flying out to look at rentals Jennifer showed us a large grouping of rental homes that matched our criteria, and also threw in a few listings for sale. She was patient, professional and gave us a large amount of info on each home, both through printed materials and showings. Mind you, this was a rental property that we were planning to live in temporarily until we bought, but she gave us her time and knowledge as if it were a home purchase. Once we saw the rentals and homes for sale we quickly transitioned into a homebuying search. Jennifer switched right over also and sent us homes that we might be interested in. She found some that were coming soon and a few off-markets also. Once we found the one we wanted she coordinated the offer, the attorney, the Docusign, etc. Once we got the home she coordinated the inspectors, the paperwork, the showings to my husband when he flew out from CA, etc. Even after we moved in she gave us a huge list of tradespeople and followed up afterwards. The upshot is that Jennifer is everything a fabulous agent should be: responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We would use her again in a heartbeat and recommend her to anyone and everyone.
