TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:Several months ago my husband and I toyed with the idea of finding a home in the country. We did not knowwhere, or how this would be accomplished and were in no rush to get things done. As we browsed throughthe realtor sites online I came across a Realtor named Jenna Riski. With one click of a button and a fewtyped words, we were in line to meet an extraordinary person.Right away I was impressed by how quickly Jenna responded to my online request where I was to inquireabout one of the houses we had seen on the Century 21 site. In speaking with Jenna, I explained that we didnot know where we were looking, did not know what amount we would qualify for, but did have a list ofdreams. Our projected area was within an hour drive all the way around the metroplex realizing that thismight be impossible since the Metroplex reaches hundreds of miles from one end to the other. In myexplanation of what we were searching for and what we presently owned, I explained the home we lived inneeded foundation repair and we were not sure if we wanted to sell by owner, by an investor, or by a realtor?I asked Jenna if she was up for this task! Jenna immediately appeared to be as excited for an adventure aswe were! We initially planned to try and sell "By Owner" to avoid spending any additional money in Realtorfees. When my husband and I began working with Jennifer Riski, we thought we were in an impossibleposition.During our first meeting with Jenna, she listened attentively as we explained our situation. She helped uscalculate the selling price we'd need to get for our home in order to leave the deal without losing the nest eggwe had planned to obtain. By comparing our home with other homes on the market, she helped us set areasonable listing price that still left us room to negotiate with buyers before hitting our bottom line.In a matter of days, we set out across country in search for a dream home. Jenna truly went above andbeyond in our search. I doubt many realtors would have driven 2 hours out of her way to show us a home offa dirt road with deceased livestock on the side of a driveway! We followed Jenna from Weatherford toTawakoni 40 miles outside of Dallas in mud holes, pot holes, country roads; we even looked at an airstriphouse with an airplane! As we went across country in search for our list of wants, our house was suddenlyunder contract at a price higher than our stated bottom line price.During our cross country journey and the check list that was prepared by Jenna, she led us to what wethought was impossible. It was simply unbelievable what she found! Every item on our dream list was nowchecked off and sitting right in front of us. Jenna made what we never imagined could be possible an answerto Prayer! Jenna never wavered, she took each and every obstacle that came our way with dignity anddetermination. She continued to tell us that this too will pass, and in Gods time we will have our dreamhouse. I honestly thought that we could not recover from some of the borders that were put in front of us.Jenna patiently listened to each and every frustration and did not let us give up. Jenna continued to pushforward as though everything was just as planned. Her determination and dedication was a truly impressive.There are hundreds of Realtors in the DFW Metroplex, and we have worked with a few in the past. What Ican tell you is that not one of the Realtors we previously had ever worked as hard and were as personable asJenna.To explain a few examples, the buyers realtor did not even show the house. The buyers realtor would notreturn calls or requests. The sellers realtor also was not quick to return calls so the seller himself calledJenna to discuss plans with her as needed. Jenna spoke with the seller and made things possible. If we hadhired a Realtor like the buyer and/or seller of our homes, we would still be working to close a loan on thesehomes. I have no doubt that we would not have been on schedule.I can honestly say we give all the Praise and Glory to GOD who allowed our dreams to come true by workingthrough Jenna to show us that when it is meant to be, nothing is impossible.I have now obtain a lifelong friend, not just a Realtor. Century 21, you are blessed to have such a dedicated,personable lady working on your team. We choose Jenna because she was the only person who returned my phone call last year when we werelooking for a rental. She was the only person who spent time with us to look for that rental.
