You never have to hunt her down to find out whats going on. Shes always available. And shes very helpful if you need contacts of people to help in getting your home ready for sale. Shes the best.

I have resided in Denham Springs since April 2016 with my husband, and now our baby. We were looking to become homeowners in this area by October. Flash forward to August, and The Great Flood. Houses were being pulled from the market due to flood damage, houses were flying off the market with people buying them in the matter of hours. We did eventually get to look at a few houses, but it was nothing we wanted. They didn't fit our lifestyle, and they just weren't home. Instead of settling for something I could just deal with, Jennifer recommended we talk to builders. Because of that suggestion we did end up building. We built our home, the way we wanted, in such a perfect neighborhood for us to raise a family. She was also there for any question we had about the loan process. She was very knowledgeable about any questions we had, and it didn't matter what time it was, we received all responses in such a timely manner. We closed in March 2017. If it was not for Jennifer we would have settled. That was one thing she was very adamant on not happening. She did not want us to settle. I'm so glad we had her as a realtor. She made this process so easy and pleasant for us. I couldn't imagine what the outcome would be had we used someone else. She went above and beyond, and for that me and my family will always be grateful.

Jennifer was great from beginning to even after closing. She helped us know when to start packing up to what to expect after the closing. She was very familiar with our area (Tangipohoa Parish) which helped tremendously in not only selling our home but in telling us where to get the cheapest but sturdiest boxes to pack up our belongings. My husband works night and has to sleep during the day so we worried about showings -- no worries Jennifer handled like a pro and our house still sold in no time at all.
