Working with Jen was a fantastic experience! I was a first-time homebuyer relatively new to the area. She was personally referred to me with very high marks; she did not disappoint. From the first day we looked at properties, she immediately began formulating what it was I was looking for thereby quickly weeding out properties she knew I would not be interested in. As the process proceeded, she demonstrated tremendous patience with my many questions, being that everything was new and foreign to me. When the loan I had sought was not in my best interest, she put me in contact with a mortgage officer who truly went to bat for me: She even located 2 programs that provided me significant down payment assistance that the original lender stated they were unable to provide me. Jen also negotiated hard for the sellers of the home to pay the closing costs, a huge help in meeting down payment requirements and freeing up funds for initial home improvements. Jen never made me feel rushed or pressured. She was consistently responsive to my emails, phone calls and even text messages. I was particularly impressed when I would send her an email or a text late in the evening on a weekend, expecting to hear back Monday, and she would get back to me that night, usually within the hour. My wife and I used Jennifer and her team to sell our home in Surprise in March, 2017. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable about the West Valley real estate market. She is also very personable and responsive. Jennifer helped us prepare for listing our home. We listed it on a Thursday. By the end of business on the following Monday we had 14 showings and five full-price offers. After accepting an offer, the inspections, appraisal and closing all happened in a timely fashion with no big complications. We were very pleased with our experience with Jennifer and her team and can highly recommend her!
