Jen was absoutley wonderful to work with! My husband and I were in a bind and needed a realtor quick. Jen responded to my message within minutes. The next day, she drove from Columbia to Linthicum to accommodate my schedule. She was very thorough when explaining the ins and outs of contracts and real estate. Not only does Jen understand the market but she has extensive knowledge with home construction. She was able to help answer questions to the buyers agent and help us make the right decision with negoations. Overall, Jen made the process easy and smooth! Highly recommend!

Jen was great. We sold and bought on the same day. And her 4.5% commission saves you lots of money. She has a great team of people working with her to take the stress of selling and or buying simple.

I met Jennifer because I was searching for a home in the Columbia area and noticed her sign on a different home nearby the one I had interest in. It was 8 p.m. at night when I called. I was expecting her to arrange to meet me there on the next day, but because I really wanted to see the house, she showed up within 15 minutes and found a way to get me access to the home. We hit it off immediately. I loved her energy and personality. I have sold at least 3 homes before the sale of my home on Longwood Street in Maple Lawn. The Sales Agents who represented me on my prior sales do not compare to Jennifer. She is very smart, strategic, analytical, trustworthy and a pure professional. Jennifer will always be my agent from this point forward. She and her partner, Jonah have earned the name "Smartmove"... They are the best at what they do!

Jen supported us extensively in purchasing our first new home. In working with the builder, Jen provided excellent insights into what we could negotiate on, contract nuances and making the best choices in our investment. In regards to local ordinances, property fees, and state property taxes, she provided excellent advice. Additionally, Jen responded to every email and every call - every time! She is a true professional who takes pride in her work and will do right by her clients. It didn't matter if it was day or night, Jen was there for us and we would recommend her to future buyers as well as those selling their house.

Jennifer has gone above and beyond meeting our expectations as a fantastic realtor. The most important factor to us was her responsiveness and flexibility. My husband and I work opposite schedules (and have a toddler), so having time to look at properties is extremely limited. Jen was able to schedule a property viewing within ONE HOUR of us driving by a house and deciding we wanted to see it. We contacted her at 2pm, and she scheduled someone to meet us at the property by 3pm. There was only one day out of the week that worked for us and she squeezed us into the only one-hour window that she had available (in 48hr notice). She offered to have someone else show us the property if that time was not conducive to our schedules. Shes also a mom, so she understands not only the value of your time, but helping you make the best choices for your family. She was knowledgeable about what locations would be ideal for our growing family and only showing us homes in the most reputable school districts. Throughout the process of buying and selling a home, there were so many questions, hesitations, and concerns that we had. Jen always responded to my texts within minutes. She let me bug her all day long and always had a way to calm me down and help me think rationally. She is definitely someone you want in your corner. She is realistic and not afraid to tell you what you NEED to hear. Selling your home is a very emotional transaction and you need a realtor who is on your side, but also willing to help you have realistic expectations so that you are prepared. Buying a home that is contingent on the sale of your home is stressful, exciting, and scary. There is no one I would recommend more than Jen to have by your side on that ride!

Jennifer Taylor is amazing!!! My father died in Nov and Mom needed assisted living ASAP. Found a location which required a Property Valuation report within days or we lose application. Found Jen on NEXTDOOR app (was highly recommended) and made contact. Next day she drove by and we had the report that evening! Once Mom was settled and we were ready to sell, with concerns that the many issues with house would put us in the bottom of market, Jen stepped in, provided a team to help "clean out" the house, informed all potential investors of possible flip opportunity and the house was sold in under 1 month (from cleaning to closing) at a very respectable price--well above what we had envisioned. I ABSOLUTELY recommend Jen. In what was one of the toughest times imaginable, she was able to make it effortless on my part. I will always be grateful.

Probably the best agent I could imagine...from the "Welcome Home" mat she brought when we listed our home to the pizzas and gatorade she stocked in the refrigerator in our new home, Jen really goes the extra mile. Jen and her team know how to market listing efficiently while keeping a personal touch. We could not be happier with the help Jen provided! I wish we could give 10 stars!
