She worked with the listing agent to get us into the unit we wound up choosing before anyone else, and helped us to get it under contract after "having the rug pulled out from under us" many times prior to working with her. We were lucky enough to stumble across Jennifer when we were interested in a listing in Denville. We didnt wind up going with that home, but we stuck with her as she was so obviously knowledgeable about the area, honest, and fun to work with.We had a pretty specific checklist for a home and she familiarized herself with our requirements so that we were only seeing those that were a fit for us. We must have seen at least 30 houses (we may have been a little picky in our search). She was never pushy only patient and optimistic. When we finally found our house (she actually spotted it for us and got us in to view right away), she made sure things kept moving throughout the closing.We would recommend her to anyone who wants to find their dream home.
