ennifer Tobey is one of the kindest people I've ever met. She is very hands on and willing to fight for you and your family's needs. She is responsive and cordial. She treated us like family, even let me son play with her phone. My wife and I couldn't have asked for anyone better. If you choose to utilize her skills, you won't be sorry.

There are no words to describe how truly amazing Jen Tobey is. My husband and I have employed the services of many realtors over our 30 years together and we have never found a realtor who made us feel as though we were absolutely her only clients (although we knew different). Jen worked doggedly to find the perfect home for us quickly! Even after telling her our time frame, our requirements and our price range, she was undaunted! She worked around the clock (yes, even communicating with us at 2 a.m.) and found us the perfect home! Her negotiation skills kept us in a very comfortable price range! Jen Toby is not your average realtor...She is absolutely spectacular!

As a former agent myself, I can be very particular but she exceeded all expectation. Living abroad, we posed a different set of circumstances for her. We were on a time crunch, but Jennifer responded almost immediately to all of our requests. The first home we intended to purchase was the most difficult she had experienced. We decided to walk away from it but quickly found another. The closing would have been from a different country, so we came back for a seamless, easy close. Our relationship with Jen did not end with the closing. Our intent was to rent out the home until we are ready to return permanently. Many perspective tenants expressed disappointment that there was no fence. Jennifer got her husband to install a fence for us! We are so thankful that we had her as our agent, because now we call her our friend.
