I have been in the Real Estate Industry since 2001 where I began my real estate career as a Massachusetts real estate appraiser trainee and then became a Massachusetts state certified Real Estate Appraiser. Having the experience as a state appraiser has helped me tremendously with giving sellers the current fair market value on their homes and providing a though market analysis. I received my license in 2005 as a Realtor in Massachusetts and 2008 in Connecticut. I am a top producing realtor in the area and have ranked NATIONALLY in the company for top 100 agents for Gross commission and units sold since 2012. This past year I started "The Jen Wilson Realty Group" and have 2 buyers agents that work on the team. This ensures top level service when it comes to getting buyers into view properties quickly. We work with sellers and buyers and service Massachusetts and Connecticut with the main focus on Western MA.
