Hello,Jen was nothing but amazing throughout the whole home buying process. It all started with a call about a property from zillow that showed her as one of the listing agents. After the first agent didn't answer I called Jen who answered right away and was more than helpful even offering her services. We wasn't sure if we wouldn't to take her up on her offer after all we were only calling about a home not looking for an agent even though we didn't have one. So after doing some research on Jen and her company we were impressed by all of the great reviews and rushed to call her back to accept her offer to be our realtor that was the best thing we couldve done little did we know it. She immediately being sending property's based off of the conversation we had, we also sent property's that we had our eye on prior to meeting Jen. We spent the rest of the evening sending property suggestions back and forth eventually coming up with a list of properties to visit on a Saturday. We spent the whole Saturday looking a properties across 3 different cities as we our very particular about what we wanted. We finally found the perfect home for our needs by the end of the day after viewing a lot of homes. We had complete faith and her abilities to negotiate a great deal for us, I must say it didn't feel like we were buying a home with a stranger but rather as though we had a friend by our side looking at homes and making sure we understood the entire process.

When I was buying a new home she was very helpful and thorough. She went the extra mile to find the answers to any questions or concerns I had and never made me feel like I was forced to make a decision. Very professional and attentive to all my needs and wants when it came to picking my forever home.

She was very responsive and easy to work with. Helped me from our first conversation to close. The inspection company she recommended was great too!I would recommend.

My husband and I are retired military and we have bought and sold many homes. Thanks to Jen, we just closed yesterday on our retirement home and it has been the best experience we have ever had buying a home. After searching many sights, I found a house on Zillow that I wanted to see. We didn't have a realtor at this time and we didn't want to use the ones we had in the past in this area because, even though they helped us buy and sell a home in the past, I never felt quite comfortable with them. So I was looking at the realtors on Zillow for this property and saw the Bryant Group's great reviews so I requested more information on the home. The next morning I got a call from Jen and we talked for quite a while about what my husband and I were looking for in a home. That day Jen made an appointment for us to view the home after work. Even though it was very late in the day, she was very patient as we walked around the property and the home. She instantly made us feel very comfortable with sharing our dreams of the future with her. That home didn't work out for us (which was a blessing). At that time we were still on the fence about buying a new house. She never pushed us to look at anything or tried to get us to sign an agreement with her. She just sent us some emails with some homes she thought we may be interested in. A couple weeks later I was looking on Zillow again and found our dream home. It had everything we were looking for. I called Jen and she immediately went to work for us. We went to see the house the next day and loved it. She got the offer into the Sellers agent that evening and two days later they not only accepted our offer but Jen negotiated for them to pay all of our closing costs and to purchase us a home warranty plan for a year. That was awesome. The home was part of an estate sale and had been vacant for a year so there were some problems that were found during the home inspection. Jen was able to get the seller to agree to repair everything that was wrong and she also got them to agree to put gutters on the house because there weren't any on it. The day of the final walkthrough we found some additional problems with the house. Once again Jen was on the job and got the seller to agree to fix the additional problems. Unfortunately, a couple days before we were ready to close, the title company found some title issues so our closing was delayed for a week. During that time Jen kept us updated when there was new information and helped us feel at ease while we were waiting for those issues to clear up. Finally the title issues were cleared and it was time to close. Jen was there during the closing and that went very smooth. We also found out during the closing that we were not only getting our $500.00 deposit back but we were getting an additional $3,700.00. We are considering it a flooring allowance and are getting new floors on Monday. Needless to say Jen is an amazing realtor and a true professional. We definitely recommend her to anyone who is buying or selling a house. Once we get moved into the new house, Jen will be selling our old house as well. She has already been working on it. There is no doubt in my mind that she will do as great of a job at selling my house as she did with helping us buy our retirement dream home. Thanks Jen!!!! We think your awesome!!!!

Jen was a dynamo from the start. She was well connected with the local community and able to arrange everything we needed in order to sale the house. Her expertise netted us top dollar in record time, our house was on the market for only seven days. Her willingness to go the extra yard made all the difference. Her accessibility was the best we have ever had she took and returned calls with attention to detail that is hard to come by. If you want to sale a house then Jen is the lady for the Job.

Jennifer was great! She was patient with us and definitely made sure we got the home my husband and I both love! It was an all around great experience and she did an amazing job.

We didnt know Jen when she became our realtor but we lucked out. She is hard working, personable, quick to respond, helpful, detailed, and never pressured us. I cant stress how lucky we were to get her. I would highly recommend her to anybody!

I LOVED working with Jen. I was a first time buyer and she made me process easy as pie. She had an answer for any question I had, and even if she didnt, shed get back to me with the correct one as soon as she found out. 100% has my highest recommendation!!
