We had a tall order, but in the end it worked out better than I ever could have imagined. Jennifer has the industry knowledge, experience, and all the right contacts to make sure the whole process goes smoothly and on schedule. She is the picture of professionalism when faced with difficulties. She gives honest opinions about homes, pointing out details that I certainly would have otherwise missed. She can tell in about 5 minutes if a house is going to be a waste of time, ha. And often times just by the listing because she knows individual neighborhoods. We had a very clear picture of what we wanted, so it helped working with someone that knew all of the ins-and-outs so that we could avoid wasting time. Buying a house is a game of strategy. You want a realtor that advocates for your wants/needs, knows the market they serve extremely well, and has a well vetted team of contacts for inspections, lending, etc. Jennifer has all of this and more. She was always available and always willing to answer my (many) questions. I would certainly recommend her to anyone that needs a realtor!

Jennifer has the right personality and professionalism for any situation, whether you are an experience seller, or in a corporate move or even a first time buyer or seller. Jennifers response this at any time of the day or not impress me the most, and she was always very professional.
