Jennifer Yu is an unethical realtor. She listed, & unethically rented out in bad faith a house infested with German cockroaches. Upon moving into the house she listed, my girlfriend & I could not use the kitchen due to the large amount of cockroaches crawling on the wall, & in the cabinets. The fridge had 50 german cockroaches under it. It was so bad, we had to leave the property & get out of the lease. Jennifer is so unethical that when notified, she yelled at me over the phone, & screamed you aren’t getting your security deposit back, & tried convincing the landlord not to give back the deposit. Avoid her at all costs!
