I highly recommend Jen Zweiacher at Zweiacher Realty. Jen exceeded our expectations throughout the entire process. When Jen came to the house for our first interview, she explained her approach to customer satisfaction. My wife and I have bought 8 houses and sold 7 houses. We have had so-so to okay experiences with selling realtors. Jen has a very different approach. During our first interview, she explained her approach. Her firm has a team of full time people with high expertise in interior design, project management and contract administration. Her team made several recommendations for improving the marketability of the most recent house that we just sold. She stages houses as part of her service and this is very important in attracting potential buyers. The house we just sold is somewhat dated and in excellent condition. Her staff’s recommendations made the presentation of the house much better. She had a signed offer in under 2 months and the buyer required a few "fixes" as part of their offer. Jen's on-staff project manager handled all of the details with a few contractors her firm uses. The work was done correctly on a tight schedule at a reasonable price. We selected Zweiacher Realty on May 9, 2018. A buyer made an offer on June 29, 2018 and it closed on July 31, 2018. Her contracts staff were available at all hours and super helpful.
