Jennifer Perry

From the beginning of my home buying search, Jennifer was not only prepared and informed as my agent, but fun to be around, which can make a huge difference in a sometimes tedious process. She made sure to explain everything to me in detail every step of the way, as I was a first time home buyer at the time. She is patient and took the time for me to find my dream home. I have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends in need of a quality agent, thanks Jennifer!

Jennifer was very kind and understanding through the whole process and I would definitely use her for any of my future needs.

My husband and I were staying at a colleague’s home in Ventura. Our walks on the beach had us yearning for our own home on the water. Jennifer Perry real estate agent extraordinaire helped us to realize our dream. She immediately got us appointments to see homes during the weekend we were visiting. She set us up with her loan broker who had us qualified in the price range we could afford. Then she started sending/emailing me homes for us to see. All this in a weekend. It wasn’t long before she found us the perfect home. Her professionalism helped us to close the deal. We have been proud owners of our marina home since November 2018 all thanks to Jennifer Perry!!!

Jennifer Perry is a very hard working real estate agent. We used her for the sale of a property in Laguna Woods, CA. She kept us informed during every detail of the sale. She worked tirelessly to sell the property quickly, for the best possible price and the least amount of work or effort on the part of the seller. She was proactive in calling potential buyers. She communicated amazingly well with both the seller and the buyer. She was a joy to work with and I would highly recommend her as an agent to purchase or to sell any property absolutely anywhere.

Just a brief note of thanks to my real estate agent Jennifer Perry for her terrific job representing me in the purchase of my condominium in Tarzana. She assisted me in negotiating a great purchase price, in arranging and following through on the property inspection, and in my understanding and completing the documentation of all paperwork required for the smooth and successful opening and closing of escrow. Whether you are a buyer or seller, I can wholeheartedly recommend Jennifer for all of your real estate transactions.
