Great to work with, even after sales and purchases Jennil was, and continues to be terrific to work with. She was incredibly patient as I tried for quite some time to find the perfect residence to buy, and then also handled the sale of a property I already owned, as well as managing another rental property. Having known Jennil for several years she was an obvious choice for us as we began looking in earnest for a home The Village of West Clay. Jennil listened to us when it came to what we wanted -- price, size, location, etc. -- unfortunately that had not been the case with many other agents we had met as we looked for a new home. Jennil knows the whole Carmel area very well and especially The Village. She knew we would like the house we just purchased and she knew, while it was listed above what we wanted to spend, that she would be able to negotiate the price down to where we wanted it. We met some very nice other agents along the way and some did do an OK job at trying to help us. We'd rate them in the 7 - 8 range on a 10 point scale.
