Jenny Usaj

Growing up helping her father “fix and flip” houses in Houston, Texas, Jenny went on to graduate with a Master’s Degree in Global Finance, Trade, and Economic Development from the University of Denver. She enjoys investing in real estate and helping her clients grow their portfolios. Colleagues and clients praise Jenny for her commitment, engagement, and drive that makes Usaj Realty such a highly regarded brokerage. Creating meaningful professional relationships is consistently a focal point of her work ethic. Jenny passionately believes that while real estate can be luxurious, homeownership should be obtainable for everyone. Usaj Realty financially contributes to Habitat for Humanity and helps organize the Women’s Build annual event. These efforts create sustainable local communities and provide housing for families that would otherwise not be able to afford a home. Jenny lives in downtown Denver with her husband, Anton, a retired Denver firefighter.
