Can't say enough good things about Jeri. She went above and beyond. It actually feels very personal to even write this review because she became a friend over the buying process, not just a realtor. She answered calls during her vacation. Helped us buy our first home in a growing neighborhood downtown. Dealt with our odd needs and 203k rehab lending. Our closing took about 60 days and she did more than we expected to get the deal done. We also got a price that was equal to what cash offer investors were getting in the area - great for refinancing after fixing up the house because you will have a great LTV ratio. Can't say enough. There are definitely details that I have missed out on, because her help with our first house was extensive and priceless. And speaking of priceless, it cost us nothing as buyers. Nothing. So why NOT have a realtor! And why not have a great realtor like Jeri. A+

She was set on finding homes that met our criteria and didn't waste time on places that didn't. She was extremely personable,honest, she never sugarcoated and just made us feel very comfortable thru out the entire process like she was an old family friend.
