Jeremy Helsabeck

Jeremy was great to work with during my home purchase in Bailey, Colorado. He was patient while he helped my family and I locate our dream home just outside of the Denver metro area.

Last year my wife and I decided to move from NC to CO. Since we were shopping from thousands of miles away, having a real estate agent we could trust was of utmost importance. Jeremy was not only trustworthy, he went the extra mile to make sure we were comfortable making such a big decision without being local for the closing. Jeremy drove long distances to meet contractors and FaceTimed with us from the house on multiple occasions. Jeremy is professional, courteous, and prompt and I strongly recommend you partner with him on your next property sale or purchase.

Jeremy worked with us in purchasing a home in Parker, CO. He was extremely professional, responsive, knowledgeable and patient during the entire process. We looked at many houses in several Denver Metro areas (we kept changing our minds about our price-point and location)--Jeremy was always ready to meet us at a property and discuss the pros and cons. We are very happy with our new home and would definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone looking for a realtor.
