About Jeremy Helton

A real estate career was born for Jeremy while working on a residential framing crew and attending Middle Tennessee State University. Simply put, he learned about houses, not just from books, but from the people that put them together. Shortly after graduating, he began his career in rural West Tennessee. His first year as a full time agent, he exceeded all expectations of a rookie agent and completed more than 30 sales transactions. That same year he was awarded membership to the Memphis Area Association of Realtors, Multi-Million Dollar Club for outstanding sales volume. Four short years and more than 250 sales later he became a Life Member of the organization, one of only a few to achieve this distinguished honor in five consecutive years.

Born into a household of two Tennessee educators, the value of learning and service became a priceless truth early in life. While Jeremy holds several professional designations, it is the education behind them that makes them valuable to his clients, not just the letters they represent. Service to his industry has also been a key component of Jeremy™s career. He has served on several education focused committees at the Memphis Area Association of Realtors and was appointed by the President of the Tennessee Association of Realtors to serve on the TN State Governmental Affairs Committee, which is charged with monitoring state legislation as it relates to the real estate industry.

While satisfaction is gained from learning, serving and being recognized for accomplishments, perhaps the most rewarding part of his career has been helping people accomplish their goals. Purchasing for the first time, moving up, moving away, moving in, job loss, growing families, it really all comes down to helping people get to where they need to go.
