5 STARS *****My wife and I (first time home buyers) recently used Jeremy as our buyers agent in finding our first home. Jeremy was a very responsive and available agent and always willing to answer questions and work around our schedule. I also liked that Jeremy was very realistic with us, for example when looking at houses he would point out the good as well as the bad. Not just concentrating on the good things and trying to make a sale. Jeremy made some same day house viewings work for our schedule and put together our offer package on our eventual house late into the night so that we could be the first offer on a new listing. This extra level of effort I feel kept us from being in a bidding war on a nice house in a hot market. Overall Jeremy is a nice guy that does the right thing and looks out for his clients. Would easily work with him again or recommend him to family and friends.

A super enthusiastic, dedicated guy who worked very hard to pull the right strings for us in the negotiating process, and who was always ready with thorough explanations and sound advice. At the most stressful moments, he was there to put things in perspective and help us keep a cool head. Also just a super funny, amiable guy. Would thoroughly recommend him.

Even after we received the offer, the negotiations were done over the course of a weekend. Jeremy's dedication and determination to close the deal from start to finish was a painless process. As we viewed over 10 homes together, he was never pushy in homes that were not the right fit for me which ultimately lead me to find the best house in a great location. He is very knowledge of all home related activities and helped me find well respected lenders, home inspectors, and contractors for my new home. I would buy another house just to work with him again.
