- Jeri listed and sold my home
Jeri and Abigail worked together as a mother/daughter team on the sale of our house in Eldersburg and helping us to purchase a plot of land in the Westminster area. They marketed our house to the right customers and we had a contract in days that fell through, through no fault of theirs. They helped us to negotiate through that disappointment and got our house back on the market. We had another contract in a couple of weeks and closed with no issues. They are cool and calm with a wide range of experience in handling all kinds of situations. We loved working with them and would highly recommend them both, or singly, to anyone!
Jeri is the best Realtor to have on your team whether you are buying or selling a home. I was fortunate to have her as my Agent both when I bought my home and when I was ready to put it on the Market for sale. Jeri has a keen knowledge of the housing market and was highly successful with her negotiation skills on my behalf. She listened to my needs in price range and size of home I was looking for and worked hard to make sure my needs were met. If I'm in the market to buy another home, she'll be the first person I'll call. I'd recommend her to any of my friends and family.
