My husband and I could not have picked a more crazy time to buy our first home than during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Since Jerrod had linked us up with Mark Feder, his "numbers guy", the same night we met, we were able to work out every single scenario for what our mortgage would be depending on several factors. Mark was incredible from start to finish and was available any time to answer any questions we may have.If Jerrod wasn't awesome enough- this is where he really excelled....we came in at a lower offer than the other interested parties because it was the most we could offer and be comfortable with and Jerrod was able to argue that being Active Duty with job security and a steady income during an economic crisis made us much better candidates with a stronger package and the seller's and their agent agreed. Our offer was accepted and into escrow we went! We could not believe it!There were some unknowns and some challenges along the way, simply due to the market and the coronavirus, but every obstacle was overcome by Jerrod and his team with ease.
