Don was fantastic to work with! My husband and I bought our first home with Don as our agent and the process could not have gone smoother. Don was a pleasure to work with and brought a wealth of local knowledge and solid advice. We were looking for a property with the potential for doing our own improvements (basement build-out, etc.) and his background and knowledge of building and remodeling were extremely valuable. During the several-month period we spent looking at house after house, he was patient and responsive to our needs. And once we chose a property, he expertly guided us through the process. Since the home we chose was being listed through the seller's relocation company, we had a more complex landscape to negotiate involving the seller, relo company, listing agent, as well as our own lender that we chose to go with. Don was a complete professional and we even got feedback from our out-of-state lender saying how smoothly things went. Don helped us purchase our fist home. He is disarmingly friendly and down-to-earth. He quickly picked up on what we were looking for, organized a good tour, and helped us close a good deal on the perfect condo for us. Don was timely and responsive in his communication. He gave us frank advice when we needed it. He also went out of his way to help us with things beyond his duties (ex. recommendations for water heaters, lock smiths, general moving advice, etc).
