Jerry Pinkas

Just wanted to say a Big Thank You to you and your team, for the successful transaction! As you may know, weve had it listed with several other real estate companies without a single offer. Your team of experts, got it sold and closed in about two months. Kudos for a job well done and keep up the great work. If I can be of any help in serving as a reference for you guys please let me know.

I had an awesome experience! The entire team was very patient, answered all our questions, and even negotiated an excellent price for us. Highly Recommended!

We had an excellent relationship with your entire Realtor team. You understood my expectations, fears, and issues I had with selling and were very understanding and considerate. A job well done!

I Highly likely to recommend The Jerry Pinkas Team! Jerry Sold My Single Family home in Myrtle Beach, SC. I live out of state and the selling process was daunting and stressful. But Jerry and his team were there all the way for me, from pre-sale cleanup to dealing with HOA compliance and finally the sales. Jerry knows the area very well and was very responsive and sensitive to my needs. Without Jerry and his team, I don't know how I would have sold the property. I highly recommend The Jerry Pinkas team

We had our condo previously listed for over a year with other agents. Jerry had our condo sold in 35 days! Wow what an incredible job!

Jerry Sold our condo in 22 days during a slow market, Fantastic!

We are so thankful to meet and work with this man who brings a new meaning and level to the terms real estate professional and service
