Jerry is AMAZING!PLEASE READ!Background of my story: My fiance and I were actively looking for a house for 11 months with a different realtor in a well known realtor company that I will not mention. After a few months in it started to get old, they wouldn't do any work all's they would do is send us emails and we would pick which houses we wanted to see, and even then he would schedule us for a few days after that, which his availability was terrible, we were getting very frustrated because homes we were actually interested in would sell before we got to see them, he wouldn't explain anything to us when we were first time home buyers, we were lost and needed guidance. We were fed up with the other realtor. Then one day we met Jerry! We immediately switched to him as our realtor and the other realtor wondered why? And all's I could think was are you serious? We've been looking for a year for a home!Anyways, we met Jerry and EVERYTHING changed. He would send us homes based on the area we wanted, how many beds and bathrooms we wanted, the yard we wanted, and I would text him and he would get us into those homes THAT DAY or at our soonest available time. It was a game changer for us. Why didn't I know about Jerry sooner!! After only 3 weeks he found our dream home and we are now living happily in our new home. We are very happy it all worked out. Jerry is hysterical and makes the home searching process fun and exciting. He is also very knowledgeable, he sure does know his stuff and will dig deep to find out questions you may have about a certain house. He contacts listing agents and will go the extra mile to do what ever he can for you. He is always in touch with you and responds in a fast manner. His mortgage loan officer Mike is very kind and knowledgeable as well. He will go the extra mile and when Jerry calls him at night saying he needs numbers ran on a house for clients Mike jumps on his computer and boom you have numbers ran on a house to see roughly what your mortgage would be. Jerry is loyal and extremely dedicated to his profession. Its been a long time since I've seen someone work as hard as Jerry does. He trully is amazing and I highly recommend him. Jerry is outstanding and looked out for us at every step in the process, from helping us advocate for a lower rate, to negotiating furniture costs, to averting an HOA crisis that could have derailed our sale. In the end, we bought and sold homes at fair prices (completely and utterly surprise-free) and lined up our sale and our purchase in such a way that we had time to move, were never homeless, and never had to pay 2 simultaneous mortgage payments. f you're looking for a realtor who will listen to what you want and search hard and tirelessly for you than Jerry is that realtor. Although we weren't the easiest couple to find a property for Jerry never gave up and found the home we wanted. I highly recommend him to everyone.

First off this was my first home i have purchased and Jerry made the daunting deed of house shopping fun! he has experience from more than just the realtor aspect which made him even more resourceful. He was easily reached all hours of the day, if he didn't know the answer to something right off the bat he was eager to find it. We looked at 8 houses and researched close to two dozen and at no point was he phased by what some would consider naive questions or inquiries.

Jerry has been there every step of the way with us. He is prompt to answer our questions and honest. He demonstrates an outstanding amount of knowledge on purchasing a home as well as all of the steps that will be taken before signing. I would just like to say , Jerry is an expert in his field !!!! The knowledge that he posesses coupled with a genuinely sincere and warm personality made us so confident in him ,and he proved to us that these things are true !
