Jerry is extremely personable, professional, knowledgeable and diligent in what he does.We met back when we bought our first PA home. We became fast friends. He is honest and tells it like it is. When we made the decision to sell our home in September (to move closer to family), of course, Jerry was the first person we called. House was on the market for a couple days, offer made, and house sold. Anyone needing help with buying, selling real estate you cannot go wrong with reaching out to Jerry. He looks out for his customers and is an awesome advocate for you.

Where do I even start!!! Jerry had helped my parents years ago when they purchased a home. I knew when I got to that point in my life I wanted Jerry as my relator. Not because my parents used him , but because of the storys they had told me about their experience with him. All the funny moments and memories that were made just spoke volumes about him and his character. He is doing what he was created to do . And he does a damn good job at it. My husband and I had an amazing experience with Jerry , and we shared so many laughs and memories together . Jerry is trustworthy, dependable and determined to do whats best for his clients. He is amazing at what he does and his whole team is as well.I will be referring Jerry to anyone I know who is interested in purchasing a home!!

Im not very good at speaking to people or even writing reviews but i had a family loss and needed to sell my fathers house. Jerry came to the rescue. I am so grateful he was available to help us. Jerry went above and beyond. My fiance and I were looking for out first house, when we started, we knew absolutely nothing and Jerry was there everystep of the way when we had questions he was only one email or text away. Jerry was so patient with us as we looked at houses and took quite sometime to find one, when we did find the one, Jerry knew it was the one as well because he spent so much time getting to know us. By the end of the process he was reading me and my fiance better than us at times. Jerry was also very helpful after we finally found a house, He picked a great day for settlement (my birthday) and recommended an excellent loan officer and home inspector. I fully trusted Jerry would find us the house of our dreams, I can't recommend him enough !!!

If I could give Jerry 20 stars, I would. He is the consummate professional. Always responsive, knowledgeable, informative and helpful, but more importantly he truly cares about his clients. It took us 4 years to finally make the decision to sell our home of 39 years, which was an emotional decision for us. During that 4 year period, Jerry must have showed us 50 to 75 houses and got us information on another 50 more. Never a complaint from him, even when I would text or email him after hours. He was gracious and caring and became a friend throughout the process. He helped us to find the perfect home and he helped to find us buyers for our property that care about it as we do, so moving on is easier. I cannot say enough positive things about it. If you want to buy or sell your home, there is no realtor who will do more or put in more effort than Jerry Riggleman.

Jerry has helped my family now through four sales (Father-in-law purchasing a home, after his passing selling the home, purchasing our new home and selling our old). He is a fountain of knowledge and always in tune with the current trends, etc. that will help sell a home and to make it more attractive. He is very upfront and honest about feedback even if it may not be what you want to hear however it is important that you do hear for a realistic outcome. I dont even know where to begin with Jerry. We worked together for several years, in an extremely difficult buyers market, and his level of service never wavered. Jerry is AMAZING!PLEASE READ!Background of my story: My fiance and I were actively looking for a house for 11 months with a different realtor in a well known realtor company that I will not mention. After a few months in it started to get old, they wouldn't do any work all's they would do is send us emails and we would pick which houses we wanted to see, and even then he would schedule us for a few days after that, which his availability was terrible, we were getting very frustrated because homes we were actually interested in would sell before we got to see them, he wouldn't explain anything to us when we were first time home buyers, we were lost and needed guidance. We were fed up with the other realtor. Then one day we met Jerry! We immediately switched to him as our realtor and the other realtor wondered why? And all's I could think was are you serious? We've been looking for a year for a home!Anyways, we met Jerry and EVERYTHING changed. He would send us homes based on the area we wanted, how many beds and bathrooms we wanted, the yard we wanted, and I would text him and he would get us into those homes THAT DAY or at our soonest available time. First off this was my first home i have purchased and Jerry made the daunting deed of house shopping fun! he has experience from more than just the realtor aspect which made him even more resourceful. He was easily reached all hours of the day, if he didn't know the answer to something right off the bat he was eager to find it.
