Jerry is a terrible terrible person. He lies and steals and refuses to communicate with anyone.

Jerry worked with us on our first house in the 90s and our second house in early 2000s. Jerry was professional, friendly, and took care of our needs. I'm going back again now. Not sure about the guy claiming he got bent over. But that has not been my experience.

Jerry is a dishonest scam-artist that will screw you any time he has the opportunity. Please, do yourself and your family a favor and stay away from this poor excuse for a man.

Jerry is a dishonest con-artist who lies and steals from families. I can't say enough negative words about him. DO NOT use him as an agent, a landlord or any other service!

Jerry is the absolute worst human and he and his client stole my deposit and gave me a bunch of nonsense charges. Be aware of this guy he is absolutely the worst human. I will be contacting my attorney in regards to his shady business dealings. If anyone else would like to get involved with my attorney and this poor example of a human please contact me.

This guy is a clown, always late. Doesn’t know his stuff. I would not recommend this dude!!
