This was my first time searching and purchasing a home and one of the best experiences I ever had. I only hate that it is over and Jerry was a huge part of that awesome experience. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and is an awesome negotiator. I had heard wonderful things about his skills and expertise from others and he superseded my expectations! I love my new home and would definitely recommend using Jerry if you plan on purchasing or selling a home in Colorado Springs.

My husband and I bought our first home in May with the help of Jerry. He came highly recommended from friends and exceeded our high expectations! Being first time home buyers from out of state Jerry made what could have been a very stressful process relaxed and enjoyable! We gave him a very small window of times we would be able to fly out and look at homes and builders, and he ensured he was available to fit into our schedules. He negotiated the builders into throwing in appliances at no cost to us and also gave us a very generous closing gift! I moved to Colorado before my husband and was apprehensive about doing walk through inspections on my own, not being quite sure what to look for. Jerry went out of his way to make sure he was able to attend all inspections with me and ensured I was completely satisfied with the finished product. I highly recommend Jerry to anyone looking to buy in the Colorado Springs area!

My wife and I moved to Colorado Springs from New York and met Jerry who showed us homes being built in Cordera. He is fantastic!!! He knows the area and has great relationships with builders and other realtors in town and works very hard to find the right home for you. The best thing is that he pushes and negotiates on your behalf and is incredibly patient. We almost put an offer in on a new build, and he was able to negotiate $12k off asking, a washer and dryer, new AC, an upgraded stove and all of closing costs. After sleeping on it my wife and I a decided it wasn't the right home for us. Despite all the efforts, Jerry wasn't frustrated with us at all and was incredible about finding us more options and did a fantastic job negotiating on the house we purchased (which had multiple offers on it after being on the market one day). I honestly cannot say enough nice things about Jerry! It also helps that he shares a piece of his commission as a closing gift to you. All around amazing guy and fatastic choice to help you find the right place.

Jerry was amazing! His response time to even the smallest question was very fast. If he didn't have an instant answer for me, he quickly got it. We purchased our home while still living in Germany and he made several trips to our builders office to ask questions, take pictures and videos or advocate for us. He made the very nerve wracking situation of purchasing a home from thousands of miles much more tolerable. I would highly recommend him to any and all.
