- Jonathan and I connected, but did no business
Mr. Sanchez is arrogant, unprofessional, brash and rude. He had canceled out on us 3 times before finally clearing his alleged schedule to show us a home. He was 4 minute late, opened the door and then ran to his Tesla to conduct business in his car. He never bothered to show us around the house, inside or out. When we pointed out that there would need to be repairs done to the house, he said the house would be rented "as is" yet he told my partner that the repairs would be made so he lied to us. Furthermore, when we asked him who the owners were, he demanded to know why which we believed was a reasonable question. How else would we know where to send our rent check and contact for repairs? He refused to answer. Finally, after about 10 minutes we had enough. We told him where to go and advised him that we would provide a negative review based on his unprofessionalism, rudeness, arrogance and his youth. He needs to learn how to respect people, especially senior citizens, rather than coming off as a fraud and a liar. Don't rent or buy from this person.

Jonathan is a very knowledgeable realtor and spent time explaining the process to us. As first time homebuyers, my wife and I had a lot of questions and Jonathan was patient in explaining everything to us and had no problem showing many homes to us until we found the one we loved. I would definitely refer him to my friends and family.
