        • (Ok, this is long, but I didn't want to leave any of our great experiences out!)Our experience with the Pickett team has been, in one word, AMAZING. This is the second home we have bought, so we learned a few things the first time around. However with Jesse (selling), David (buying) and the rest of team, I/we recognized a huge and vastly improved difference in the buying and selling of our new/old home. The team is well organized, researched, experienced, transparent, knowledgeable and super pleasant to work with.Buying: We greatly appreciated the guidance we had in the purchasing and negotiating process items we should be aware of; especially in this tight housing market. This was actually a lot easier than I thought it was going to be. I didn't know I was looking, so wasn't really prepared with all the details (ie pre approval); but with their guidance quickly fixed that and was able to turn an offer around quickly. (Thanks Dave!) They are great with reputable referrals.Selling: Having never sold a home, I cannot express how happy we are in having Jesse represent us. Jesse is extremely professional, knowledgeable about the housing market, how to price your home and why you should price it that way. I love that he had analytics, knew how to take advantage of search engine optimization. He set us up with a stager (Tara Buchanan) who "whipped" us into shape! She was a god-send. Had wonderful photos taken of our home by a professional photographer. We had some "objections" in our home which I was concerned a little about, but ended up selling our home in 2 days!Shout-out thanks to Sarah, Katie and Ashley. I know you do a ton of stuff behind the scenes to make this all happen.If you have somehow made it to the end of this review, realize I don't do reviews often (or frankly at all) because I'm "wordy". But this was too important not to share.
