Jesse was always available for us when were purchasing our first home. He helped us every step of the way and really explained to us what the process of buying a home was going to be like. Jesse really knows everything about real estate and that was extremely helpful to us when we didn't know anything at first. He was extremely honest and we really appreciated that. He took the time to talk over what I was looking for in a home and offered helpful suggestions to guide our search together, including great insights into each property as we looked at homes. His eye for what could be done to the property to customize and increase value was enlightening and helped me prioritize my own renovations post-purchase. I couldn't of asked for a better Realtor in my situation. I was a first time home buyer, and I had no clue on where to start in the home buying process. I was dying to look at homes, but Jesse insisted that we sit down and talk over the whole home buying process. He was extremely informative, and explained everything I needed to know before we went out searching. Overall we have been extremely happy with Jesse through the whole process. From the day we first met we talked for two hours and he truly showed sincere interest in understanding what we wanted, educating us and answering our many, many questions. I would give Jesse 7 stars if I could. My wife and I are relocating from Boston to Seattle for a new job. We started looking in late May with the very ambitious goal of closing on a house before the end of August so that we could have the kids attend school from the start of the year. To make matters more complicated, I was in San Francisco and my wife was in Boston most of the summer - so our search was primarily online coupled with a few weekends where I was in Seattle and able to see properties. Typically, this would be the "mission impossible" of home buying -- but I found this was made even harder given the red hot nature of Seattle's real estate market. To make a long story short, we closed on our new home on 8/11, less than 3 months after meeting Jesse. We purchased an amazing property at a great price in the neighborhood we wanted. I'm not sure any other realtor would have had the knowledge and dedication to make this happen. Firstly, Jesse is incredibly dedicated and generous with his time. He knew that we only had a few opportunities to see properties in Seattle first hand, and he made sure to be available and to dedicate nearly full days when we were in town. Secondly, Jesse knows the real estate market inside and out. He listens and was very good at steering me towards the right properties. On multiple occasions, I spent a bunch of time visiting open houses on my own and getting nowhere, only to spend the remainder of the day with Jesse seeing perfectly selected properties that met exactly what we were looking for. Thirdly, Jesse is an honest and zero pressure advocate for his client. He'll objectively points out the pros and cons of a property enabling his client to make an informed decision. But he also understands that there is an emotional aspect of buying a home. So he sees his job has putting the facts in front of his client, not pushing one way or the other. This informed objectivity was so important when making such a large financial decision. Lastly, Jesse is just a good all around guy. He made the real estate buying process fun. He also made the process as easy as it could be. Towards the end of the process, I wasn't getting great information from the lender/escrow agent. A miscommunication (not on Jesse's part) resulted in an unexpected move to the closing date. Nobody was able to give the answers I needed, but a call to Jesse got everything sorted. We only needed to move the close date by 1 day and the transaction went incredibly smoothly. Jesse is very highly recommended. There isn't anything more we could have asked for in working with Jesse.

Always available and understands the process extensively. If there are delays, it won't be because of him. Also knows a good amount about maintenance and remodel things, can get you moving in the right direction to fix up your old spot or new.

You regularly hear horror stories about real estate. Whether the agent is unresponsive/inattentive, dishonest, or completely inept, they're all over the internet. Jesse is pretty much the opposite of all those stories. He was on top of every atep, able to navigate and solve any issue that came up. He is a genuinely nice dude that isn't afraid to be honest, all while keeping your best interest at heart.The guy knows what he's talking about, too. The house we ended up buying wasn't even on our radar when we were looking at listings, but Jesse brought it to our attention, took us to see it while we were seeing other places, and showed us what he saw in it. We ended up falling in love with the place and decided to pit in an offer. Despite the current market, Jesse was able to negotiate for well under asking, he was able to get us an inspection, which doesn't happen these days.To sum it up, Jesse is genuinely good at what he does. He's going to get you in a place you like, he's going to make sure things happen when and how they should, and most importantly, he's going to get it done for you as easily as he possibly can.
