Jesse was a referral from a family member, and I'm really grateful that he was recommended to us. Jesse was great throughout our buying and selling process. Jesse is a trustworthy and dependable agent who is organized and prepared and contacted me back at the times he said he would. I knew I had his full attention each time we talked. Jesse was able to get access to a home I added at the last minute which turned out to be a great house. In showing me homes Jesse pointed out both updates and potential costs. He made experienced observations about the materials and condition of roof, siding, electrical work, plumbing, heating/cooling systems and windows. He moved quickly with my offer and proved to be both a tough and reasonable negotiator.

Jesse is beyond amazing. He works with your schedule, listens to what you want, and doesn't push. I sent him a list of houses, and he wrote back explaining why certain houses did not match what I wanted and why others would. For instance, I wanted a basement, one had a crawl space only. He informed me of this saving myself time. He was with me through the entire process. He answered any questions I had, including ones I forgot I had asked already. Never once did I feel as though he was talking down to me. He will look out for your best interest. He's the realtor to use.

Jesse is the realtor who never sleeps! He was available by email or text constantly and worked super hard to help my family and I find the right home for us as well as sell our first home. Jesse had quick and accurate answers to any questions we had along the way - his expertise was a true blessing in a time that can be very stressful for a busy family such as ours. He had quick tips and references for a wide array of our needs and I was very impressed with his depth of knowledge of the entire Omaha and Council Bluffs areas and beyond. Full of great advice and honest feedback at all times. I would give Jesse a higher rating if I could and I work work with him again anytime!

I had trusted Jesse ever since I met him. I had dealt with Jesse through renting for almost 4 years. He had so much Knowledge with everything that he made the process of buying my home pretty easy for me. He was always there to answer my calls and he was quick to get responses back to me. I even still call him today when I have questions about my house I own now and he still helps me. He is an amazing person and I would recommend him when buying a home.

Jesse did a great job with our sale. We had it on the market a few months earlier with a different realtor who had pressured us to drop our price another $15-20K. He counseled us to give it a break from the market while we were out of the country and set us up with a couple of contractors for minor work. When he listed it for us he sold it in a weekend for above our asking price! The closing process had bumps with a difficult inspection. He stood with us when we felt some of the items were unreasonable and provided feedback to the buyer's agent and the inspection company. We fixed the reasonable things, again with some help from Jesse shopping for the best price on specialty contractors. Closing day came and went without a hitch. Jesse is honest and very helpful. We can't recommend him enough!
