Jesse was a massive asset to us buying our first house. He was like a bulldog when the homeowner wasn't responding and he made sure that all of our concerns were addressed. Jesse truly went above and beyond to get my family the right house in the right neighborhood. There was an issue with an existing power line that was going to cost us the deal because of the strict VA loan rules. Jesse worked tirelessly making the city correct their installation error. The power line was run very, very low hanging over a swimming pool! Jesse got the city to take action and he ended up saving the deal! I believe the seller's agent was even thanking him for all his hard work to make this happen. He is knowledgeable about the whole process of home buying and really did a great job representing us. I'm thankful to have had him in our court.
