We chose Jessica Barnes to help us acquire a particular property we were interested because of the high rating she had with Remax Realty Wayne. Upon our initial meeting she was very personable and eager to welcome us to become part of the community. She was deeply knowledgeable of the area having lived there for many years which gave us the confidence that we had found the area where we would like to purchase property and retire. With a background in topography and soil analysis she was able to give us an understanding of the particular aspects of the properties we were interested in. Jessica has a wealth of information including many resources for us to investigate including builders, excavators, local businesses and local laws we would need to know about when it came to building a new home. An outstanding articulate communicator and humorous, Jessica shared a wealth of personal experiences that were relevant to us in many ways. She never gave us the impression she was just interested in a sale. She kept in touch with us even after we closed on a property to make sure things were going smoothly and offer any assistance to complete the home of our dreams. You do not find individuals very often that want to make you part of their community and family. With this young lady what you see is what you get with no ulterior motives who’s only interest is to make sure you are completely satisfied before you make a purchase.
