I met Jessica when she was having an open house in the house for sale next door to me. I mentioned to her in our conversation that I would probably be putting my mothers house up for sale in the near future. In the next several days, I received a FULL workup and CMA on my mothers house and many of the surrounding comps that had recently sold near me.
