Jessica was tasked with finding our dream home with only two months to do so. She truly worked a miracle for us and was in constant contact throughout the entire time. Not once did we have a question that she didnt answer within minutes. Jessica only knew we wanted an attached two car garage and a nice kitchen in a 3+ bedroom home. Somehow this miracle worker was able to provide multiple homes that fit our budget, style and preferences after less than an hour on the phone discussing different home styles.She went above and beyond to ensure this first time home buyer was aware of what to look for from minor cosmetic imperfections, how to spot possible foundation or roof damages, sketchy paint jobs nearly invisible to the eye, and so much more. Jessica was up late at night securing paperwork, never allowed a single question to go unanswered, and even connected us via FaceTime to showcase various homes within hours of expressing our interest (even on days she shouldve been off)!I never once felt uncomfortable or uninformed thanks to her great skill and outstanding work ethic.In short, I highly recommend this agent!

The whole process was more complicated than it needed to be, because of the builder, and Jessica was with us every step of the way. She really exceeded all of our expectations, had so much great information, gave us great referrals, was so knowledgeable about the va loan process, constantly checked up on us and on construction progress, went to inspections and walkthroughs with us, held a few much needed discussions with the builders, and even checked up on us after closing to see how we were doing. She was never fake or pushy with us, which is something we have unfortunately seen in other realtors. I knew if I asked her a question, she was going to give me a straight answer, even if it meant her saying she didn't know and would find out for us. That shows so much character and integrity.
