My wife and I started working with Jessica a few months we made the move from Austin, Texas to Ventura. We came to town to check things out, and she drove us all over Ventura and Carp to several different neighborhoods and properties, which was extremely helpful right off the bat! When we finally got to California, it was just after the Thomas Fire, and inventory was expectedly low. Jessica showed us what felt like every single home within our budget and ended up writing SEVEN offers for us, without giving it a second thought. She worked tirelessly to get them in quickly and and communicated with us immediately if there were any questions. Sometimes that included nights, weekends, and early mornings, and it was so reassuring to know that she was on top of everything. One of the houses went on the market at 6:30am with a 9:00am open house. My wife and I couldn't take that time off work with such short notice, so Jessica went to the house right at 9:00am and Facetimed us, so we could decide if we wanted to put in an offer. It turns out, she had already gotten it started, just in case!Jessica was patient with us throughout the whole buying process, and we ended up in the perfect home for our family. She was extremely helpful throughout the escrow process, and even checked emails from her vacation during that time. We absolutely loved working with Jessica from start to finish. She's down to earth and tells you what you need to know, even if it's tough to hear. She is patient, kind, diligent, knowledgeable, and hard working. Jessica helped us look at several homes when we were moving to a new area. Once we found "our home" and our offer was accepted, she kept us on track with a calendar of everything that needed to happen during escrow, and was in frequent contact with us. She was quick to respond to questions we had, and generally made us feel very confident and comfortable with the the home buying process.
