I became a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of California. My passion is helping families become homeowners, as well as all lifetime stages, including upsizing, even difficult situations such as downsizing, and even divorce. While earning a B.S. in Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance, I was working in all different aspect that coincide with Real Estate. I Interned for a Federally funded program V.I.T.A. in helping low income families file their income tax returns free of charge. This allowed me to further understand how your income influences your pre approvals for your home loans.
