My grandparents left me in charge of their will. I had put the house up for sell with 3 other realtors and tried to sell myself for 3 years after their passing. I had no luck. So I decided to try another realtor. Jessica put the house on the market Thursday and Friday got an offer then Saturday signed a contract. Closed with no problems and on time. She communicated with me and helped me through the whole process. She explained step by step how it was going to work and answered any and all questions I had. Jessica was very professional and nice. Overall I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
