Jessica is a very dedicated and energetic realtor. She will always respond to your questions quickly and so you will completely understand. The forms (1000's it seems like) are reliably sent and filed by her right arm assistant, Rachel. The only negatives I have were that I closed alone without either of them representing me (fine since all forms were sent prior-but I thought that was part of the contract and the forms had a change and redone at closing) and my feelings/confidence in sale were hurt because she did not do my open house and I feel she could have explained the property better and be better heard. Overall, however, she is an excellent realtor and I would recommend het.
