Jessica Sauls is amazing! Task oriented. Customer pleasing. Hard working. Congenial. Friendly. Real Estate savvy. Resourceful. Devoted. Beautiful inside and out. Well connected. Well spoken. Communicative. Loves her profession. Knowledgeable- and I'm just getting started! In December 2015 I called 3 highly rated agents that had reviewed well in Halethorpe where my property was located. I asked all 3 for a proposal and, of course Jessica's was first and very comprehensive. (The other 2 took forever to contact me, 1 required that I come to his office before he'd write a proposal...) Jessica was patient all winter while I did some cosmetic repairs- at a very slow pace. In fact she asked (respectfully) if she could show my house even before I listed it!!! All-the-while, from December until we listed it in July, Jessica excitingly called me as she continued to see market evidence that we could raise the asking price. Finally she was patient again and I might add supportive, while I tried to finagle the best deal from our motivated buyer all throughout July. I'm not finished, you'll like this, when she saw I was having a hard time getting someone to do some landscaping she "hooked me up" with a very reasonable associate of hers. On top of that I wanted to install a 100' privacy fence behind my house and was frustrated because the proposals I was receiving were ridiculous, she had her contractor husband do it for a "song"- her 8 year old son helped too! Most amazing of all after 52 e-mails (I just counted them) and just as many texts and phone conversations I'm sure, I didn't physically meet Jessica until settlement a few weeks ago!! The icing on the cake? The Buyers Title Company was "too busy" to come to settlement and guess what? She grabbed all the paperwork, brought a Notary along and did the settlement herself. If this all sounds too good to be true (it does to me as I proof read this =) I authorize Jessica to give out my contact info and am more than happy to substantiate any of my claims.

Jessica is top notch; I highly recommend her to anyone that is buying or selling a house. She was very patient, and helped me to find the perfect house within my budget. Jessica was able to pinpoint exactly what I was looking for in a house, and is an "out-of the-box" thinker. She has a wealth of knowledge about the real estate industry, as well as all of the technological aspects of houses (plumbing, renovations, landscaping, electrical, HVAC, legal issues, etc). Jessica had my best interests in mind every step of the way and the related services personnel that I dealt with through her were exactly the same -- she has surrounded herself with a team of like-minded individuals that are knowledgeable, professional, and work hard for YOU. Buying a house can be a scary process; I was comforted knowing that she was an extra set of eyes/ears at every hurdle. Jessica is a complete package; she is a consummate professional who is willing to go above and beyond for her clients.

I usually don't take the time to write reviews, but Jessica Sauls was an amazing real estate agent for us. My wife and I were in a rush to buy a home; we would end up contacting Jessica at all times of the day to show us houses that we found online and she was always prompt and super nice in returning our calls or emails to set up times to show us a house. Also, she was great at identifying other possible houses that might meet our needs that we had completely missed while searching online. More importantly, we never felt that Jessica was just trying to sell us any house; in fact while showing us houses, she was meticulous in going through the house and pointing out any flaws or possible future problems. We quickly gained a lot of respect for her knowledge not only as a realtor but also when it came to renovation/construction information. We were amazed at her deep level of knowledge especially given how young she is, but we later found out that her parents are in the real estate and home services business and she grew up helping them from a very young age. Also, her husband owns a contracting company and she would consult with him on the cost of renovating/fixing certain items with the houses we were interested in buying which ended up being an immense help to us in deciding on the ultimate property we bought. We feel so fortunate to have found Jessica to help us purchase our latest house and definitely plan to use her in the future when we decide to sell/buy another house.

Jessica was absolutely awesome! She always responded within the hour with an answer, even when I was emailing at 9:30 with crazy questions. She also suggested I stage my property and I chose to wait instead. After months of my house sitting, I caved. Within 30 days of being staged, my property sold for asking price!!

Jessica is an absolute champion among real estate agents. I most definitely would not have my beautiful home if it weren't for her, she navigated a new agent ( who didn't even know how to email) coordinated with inspectors and worker guys of many kinds, a loan officer who seemed to just want to make things harder, and even verbal abuse from the sellers main agent whom was trying to put a wrench in the whole thing ( handled with the grace of a saint I might add). I believe that any other agent probably would have told me to walk away or give in on some of the repair stipulations ,but not Jessica. I got the home I wanted at the price I was willing to pay and the sellers payed for the necessary repairs. Love, love, love Jessica to pieces!!!!

Jessica Sauls is an amazing person she also is knowledgeable and confident in her skills and with the job she has. Not only did she help us find the perfect house she went above and beyond to make sure it all went ok. We had a rocky start with another relator once Jessica became our relator all my worries were quieted by her.
