Jess is an exceptional realtor to work with and was extremely helpful in our home buying adventure. She is dedicated, caring, and extremely knowledgeable. Every time we met for tours/open houses, it felt like we were hanging out with an old friend. And when the time came for business, she always guided us in the right direction and answered any questions we had along the way. This is now my 3rd time working with her and I will continue to recommend her to both Buyers and Sellers!

It took a couple of years for us to decide to downsize, but Jessica was always there patiently waiting until we were ready. I felt comfortable with Jessica for many reasons. She is confident and knowledgeable not only about the rules and regulations of the real estate industry, but is also very hands on when it comes to assessing homes, measuring floors, walls, inspecting utility rooms and has a good understanding of how systems of the home work. If she has questions; she has the resources at her fingertips available to ask; plumbing, painting, trash removal, etc. She had our backs covered throughout the entire process which was comforting. If I had to do over, I would not change a thing!

As first-time home buyers, my fianc & I had no clue what to expect, especially in a crazy COVID market. Jess came highly recommended from some friends & we quickly learned why. My husband and I just moved back to the east coast from Ohio and needed very particular things - a house for building a family, that was also close to my new job and had a barn and land. She was patient with us as we sent her every house that had more than 1 acre, drafted up multiple offer letters, and finally she found us a real gem and helped us negotiate things when the owners did not fully clean up the property as was promised. She is the best realtor we have worked with and even found us temporary housing until we could move into our house. She is extremely knowledgeable and also has helped us afterwards by making recommendations for people who could do the work on our land we needed, from tree removal, to refinishing floors, to cleaners. 100% recommend!

Despite the crazy market and our own challenging schedules, she was able to coordinate times for showings that worked with us. She also had no problems negotiating for us when the seller asked for more money to cover an unexpected repair/improvement to plumbing. I was a first time homebuyer and Jess helped me find and close on a single family home. I moved over the border into NH and Jess was very knowledgeable of the area and the process. Jess worked her butt off to research and show us a bunch of different options and helped us learn to look at properties not just for what they were, but also their potential. The house we bought wasnt even on our radar. Jess went out of her way to look for homes for us and found us the perfect diamond in the rough! Plenty of space to be together or spread out, room to entertain, and a cozy fireplace (which was on my wants list but never thought wed find!). If you need an agent who cares, who treats you like a friend, and who will work their hardest for you, you cant go wrong with Jess!

Jess helped us through buying our first home and I am SO glad we chose her. Jess is an exceptional listener, and really helped us nail down what we were looking for while helping us balance the reality of the market. Our experience with Jessica was unique as she wasn't OUR agent but had contacted us on behalf of her client to see if we wanted to sell our unlisted home. In 3 days time we showed Jessica our home, her client our home, and negotiated the sale! (Crazy I know and we weren't even planning to sell just yet!)
