We used Jessica to sell our house and buy our next house. What a great agent! So happy we selected her. She is extremely knowledgeable of the area, knowledgeable about the processes, has great instincts, and is ALWAYS available to answer a spur of the moment question that just pops up in your head at 9 pm at night with a very quick text reply (for those who like texts, like I do). She has lots of connections in town and helped us get a handyman in the next day to do some pre-showing repairs whereas the same handyman told us he could do the job only in 2 weeks (that is just a small example of how she helped us out).
