Jessica is by far one of the most amazing people I have every worked with. She was always available, kind, and I knew she always had our best interests at heart. She is very familiar with the real estate environment and knows what it takes to purchase a home in this competitive market. I am certain we would not have been able to purchase our home if it wasn't for Jessica's dedication, availability, and knowledge. We were first time home-buyers so we had a lot of questions and Jessica was always there for us to help guide us through the process. It really felt like we were Jessica's only clients. As a first time home buyer, even thinking about this process was pretty scary. There are so many steps, a lot of stress, unforeseen circumstances, and a lot of gambling. Coming into this process, my fianc and I were worried that we wouldn't be able to find our forever home to build our family in. Originally, we had been going through another company/realtor, and spent a few months working with them, only to discover it wasn't a good match, and we just weren't being treated well or being taken seriously. We are both a little younger, and the previous person we worked with seemed to talk down to us due to that. Frustrated, we began looking into a new company and realtor to work with, with very low hopes. We found a listing we loved, and ended up emailing Jessica Wolf to look into it. At the time, we were too far away to start touring places, so Jessica told us she would follow up with us in a month or so. Well, a month later, Jessica stayed true to that, and began working with us. She also helped find us a great lender to work with. Through the whole process, Jessica really took the time to explain to us every step that we were taking, and ensured we understood what was going on. She kept us up to date on everything, and really went out of her way to make sure this was an amazing experience for us. Her enthusiasm about house hunting was very refreshing! When the first home we were interested in fell through, Jessica did everything she could to ensure we could find another home quickly that met the same standards as the first/even succeeded them! Exactly 28 days later, we moved into our first home, and are absolutely in love with it. If I had to give a 'score' out of 10, Jessica would get a 12. She's extremely friendly, hard working, and makes sure to constantly keep you in the loop. She has a great attitude about everything, and is overall just very friendly and personable. My fianc and I now are starting to build our lives in our first 'forever' home, and couldn't be happier. We reached out to Jessica after we realized we had outgrown our first home. She was tasked with helping us sell and buy in an ultra competitive market. We were contingent buyers as we needed the proceeds from our current home to buy our next home. It was a stressful process but Jessica was there to help every step of the way. With her guidance we were able to get our contingent offer accepted. From there we accepted an offer on our existing home and closed on both homes shortly thereafter!
