I was looking for a cabin to buy as a vacation home. After speaking with Jessica I was impressed by her knowledge of the area and felt she was very informative. We live in Charleston and could only come on weekends. She worked Saturdays and Sundays with us every weekend we could come up until we found a cabin we liked. She was always available on the phone and trust me when I say that I call a lot. We looked at quite a few places but didn't like anything that was on the market. She managed to find us a cabin in the area we wanted that had already been pulled off of the market by the seller.We put a bid in and it was accepted. She even got a contractor to meet us on a Saturday morning during his vacation to work on an estimate. She also personally handled having the well tested and paid for it out her pocket until we were able to come up and reimburse her. With us not living in the area or knowing anyone Jessica was able to supply us with any contact I needed for the house. She has a unique way of staying very professional yet making you feel like you have known her forever. I highly recommend anyone considering buying a house in her area to give her a call. She is honest ,professional ,motivated and yet still approachable and down to earth. She went the extra mile for us making this a much better experience than I was ever anticipating. Jessica responded quickly to my first message after she was recommended to me by a friend, and we were looking at houses two days later. She enjoyed looking at the houses with me but didn't try to talk me into something I didn't like. After my offer was accepted, she took over, scheduling inspections, keeping me updated, and really alleviating my worries about buying my first house. A high school friend referred me to Jessica when I got ready to buy my first home, and she did not disappoint! She started working hard right away and showing us multiple places. She was patient with ussoon after making our first offer we withdrew it because we learned I was moving to a new office for work, though the date of that move wasnt certain. When I did learn the date, she again started working hard right away looking in different areas and helped us find the perfect home that we love! We also used her to list my fiances house. We were worried wed get stuck with two mortgages, but she sold it VERY quickly. She helped us stage the house and property, and the day after listing we had like 9 viewings and 4 offersthank God because I hated the process of showing our home (just knowing other people were in my house and having to take our dogs somewhere else, etc. ), and I wouldnt have wanted to do it for more than a day. Very knowledgeable, very easy to work with, very hardworking.
