Jessie has helped me find, buy and sell houses for about six years. He is very helpful and easy to talk to. He will go out of his way to do what a person needs. He is very knowledgeable and can deal with all personality types. I certainly recommend him as a realtor who is honest and can be successful buying or selling.

Jessie helped us find the home we were looking for. He negotiated it to bring it down to the price range we wanted. After a year of buying the house i needed some documents that i could not find to appeal my property taxes. I contacted Jessie and sent me a copy in an hour. I'd been having a very difficult time dealing with the housing market. From realtors who were slow, hard to contact, or loaded my inbox with homes that did not meet our requirements. When we made contact with Logan, he immediately found a home that was not only in great condition and within our budget but also in a very convenient location. Logan always kept us in the loop about the progress being made and what our best options were. I was looking to have a VA loan which usually complicates things depending on the condition of the home itself. Logan was able to work out an agreement between me and the seller where the seller handled all the necessary repairs and had the place VA inspection ready well ahead of closing. Compared to all the madness I went through, over the years, with trying to home, this was surprisingly easy. Thanks to Logan, I am now a proud first time homeowner. Thanks for everything!

First off...I hate realtors. But thanks to JD Walters and his team I have faith again. If someone can make things possible, it's them! Working for YOU and not just the profit they can make. JD Walters provided great expertise and professional services. They are a reliable company and assisted my family and I in selling our home after we had relocated and moved from the area.

We were moving from out of town and Jessie met with us at our convenience. He researched houses so we could see as much on a tight schedule. Helped negotiate for our new home and was in touch by phone every step of the way.

My wife and I tried to circumvent the system and do a "for sale by owner". We soon found out that the real estate companies in the area have a little mafia going on and our house was black-holed. We searched around, did a lot research, and talked to many different realtors that were more than happy to "help" but none seemed genuine except for JD and Logan. They made it feel as if you had friends in the business and a way to break through the real estate "mafia" problem that has plagued that area. JD's slogan of "Changing the reputation of the real estate industry" is spot on. They consistently kept our best interest at the forefront. Within 5 days of our listing going active we already had an offer, and we had more offers quickly lining up. JD used that leverage to negotiate a deal that landed us full asking and full closing!
