We worked with Jesus to find a two bedroom condo. Jesus spent a lot of time with us, showed us a variety of condos in multiple communities until we found just the right unit for the right price. As anyone who has does this before knows, it is a process. Jesus understood the process completely. He educated us, by showing us a variety of units. Some were pretty rough, but had potential and at a bargain basement price. Others were move-in ready, turn-key properties at a higher price. By showing us all of these properties, discussing the attributes of each, he empowered us to find and ultimately purchase just the right property. Once we found the property Jesus and his colleague Judy, carefully guided us through the negotiations, escrow and loan funding processes. While Jesus was took the lead on this project, his colleague Judy provided frequent updates and ensured the process moved forward.
