We worked with Jill Allman. She was the third realtor to list our property in as many years. The property was remotely located and not even in the county in which Jill primarily works. She managed to show the property (despite its remote location) MANY times and secured two offers. She did a great job negotiation on our behalf. I highly recommend Jill.

My wife and I needed to relocate and find a home in Lewisburg on a very compressed schedule. Jill helped us through the entire process from beginning to end and then some after that (more on that later). She was extremely knowledgeable about the area as well as consistently respectful of our time and budget when searching for a house. She even helped us negotiate the final price below asking despite this incredibly competitive market. When the HVAC broke the day before closing, she maintained constant contact with us, well after midnight, to help us negotiate an educated compromise with the sellers, set up an escrow account for the repairs, and have an addendum added to the contract. Even after we closed on our house Jill made herself available to answer questions and put us in contact with a local HVAC company to complete the necessary repairs in a timely manner as well as some other high quality contractors to make some additional fixes around the house that were caught during the inspection. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a Realtor and we fully intend to use her services when it comes time to sell our home.
