When there was a need to fill and sand ceiling cracks, repaint the ceilings, and refit and repaint baseboards, you brought in Fiona to get the job done promptly and inexpensively. When the Fire Department asserted that the CO detector in the lower floor was too far away from the bedroom, you brought in the electrician to correct the problem quickly and at low cost.
