Jill was incredibly patient during our time searching for a property. This market has been difficult to manage and after losing out on a house by $62K over the list price, it seemed hopeless. I have known Jill for over 20 years as a friend and as a marketing professional, and so when I decided to sell my home and to buy a new one, she was my first choice. She helped me sell my home of 23 years in a single weekend. The process was painless for me because Jill took care of all of the details from finding a moving company to closing on the sale! She even helped me pack!Then it was time to find a new home. She was so patient while we walked through at least 25 homes. Then one day, she found a house that was not showing up in my Zillow or real estate app searches. It ended up being smack-dab in the very middle of my desired search area. It is the perfect size, style, and layout and met (nearly) all of the parameters on my list. There's not enough good things to say about working with Jill Clark. As a new home buyer, I was scared of the process, didn't know timing for purchase, didn't really know what I wanted in a home, and was totally in over my head. Jill expertly helped me narrow in on the home type/price I wanted, expertly walked me through the process, proactively sent me listings, was on my side 100% of the time, and never pressured me into anything. The best part about working with Jill is that she could tell which home was right for me, and which was not. She could sense when I wasn't all-in on a home and was upfront and honest around her thoughts- something I absolutely needed as a first-time buyer! Anyways, I found my dream home and couldn't be happier :)

Cannot say enough good things about working with Jill. She is always positive, on time and honest. She made the home buying process easy and a lot less stressful than our first time buying a property. She is strategic and resourceful which is extremely important in this tough market and just adds value to the experience of working with her. There was a lot of planning and coordinating involved with our property and Jill took care of coordinating appointments so that we could have the added peace of mind.

Thanks to Jill we just closed on a fantastic new house! Jill not only nails the basics like being punctual, organized and helping find the right style of house but she goes above and beyond as a realtor. During closing Jill made sure to help schedule additional inspections based on extenuating circumstances and took us to the house probably 10-12 times so we could plan out flooring and painting projects for just after closing. In the end, we managed to not only land a house we love but also managed about $20k in instant equity.
